Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
- Mix the cooked sausage with pepperoni slices and Italian seasoning.
Assemble the Sliders
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the sausage and pepperoni mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meat mixture.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
Bake
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
