  • 1 pound smoked sausage sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
For the Seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking the Base
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning; cook for another minute.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Adding Vegetables
  1. Add the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper, then stir well to combine.
  3. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
Serving
  1. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
  2. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
