- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the Italian sausage to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pepper softens.
- Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet, followed by the Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower rice is tender.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
