Ingredients

For the Lobster
  • 2 large lobster tails thawed if frozen
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method

Prepare the Lobster Tails
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, exposing the meat.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and lay it on top, keeping it attached at the base.
  4. Brush the lobster meat with olive oil, and season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well until fully combined.
Bake the Lobster Tails
  1. Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  2. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove the lobster tails from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  2. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
