Ingredients

For the Sauce Base
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine preferably dry
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.
Season and Serve
  1. Add the chopped basil, parsley, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  2. Once the sauce is ready, pour it over cooked lobster ravioli, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  3. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and additional parsley before serving.
