Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon salt for pasta water
For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons dill fresh or dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 lemon zest

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
Prepare the Salmon
  1. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Remove salmon from the skillet and flake into large pieces.
Make the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Stir in fresh spinach and allow to wilt for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Combine Everything
  1. Add the cooked pasta and flaked salmon to the skillet with the sauce.
  2. Toss gently to combine and heat through, about 2 minutes.
Serve
  1. Plate the pasta and garnish with grated parmesan and lemon zest.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
