Prepare the Pork Chops
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the pork chops with olive oil, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Let the pork chops sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Make the Ladorigano Sauce
- In a food processor, combine the basil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and pine nuts.
- Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the sauce is smooth.
- Add lemon juice and salt, then pulse a few more times to combine.
Grill the Pork Chops
- Place the pork chops on the preheated grill.
- Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve
- Plate the grilled pork chops and drizzle generously with Ladorigano sauce.
- Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
