Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites
  • 1 pound salmon fillet cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the salmon pieces with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Cook the Salmon
  1. Add the salmon pieces to the hot skillet in a single layer.
  2. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice.
Combine and Serve
  1. Once the salmon bites are cooked, pour the garlic butter sauce over them in the skillet.
  2. Toss gently to coat the salmon in the sauce.
  3. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
