Cooking the Base
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Break it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the shredded cabbage and carrots, and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and mix thoroughly, allowing it to cook for another 2 minutes.
Assembly
- Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the egg roll mixture to serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
