Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 8 ounces ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the sauce.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve the noodles topped with chopped green onions and parsley.

Notes
