Prepare the Noodles
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.
- Add the wheat noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- Once cooked, drain the noodles and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Make the Sauce
- In a bowl, combine sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
- Whisk together until smooth and set aside.
Cook the Topping
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground pork.
- Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Combine Everything
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until well coated.
- Divide the noodles into serving bowls and top with the cooked ground pork.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped peanuts.
