Ingredients
  

For the Cauliflower
  • 1 large cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Optional Garnish
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
Air Fry the Cauliflower
  1. Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  2. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
Add Garnish
  1. Once cooked, remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
Serve
  1. Serve warm as a snack or side dish, and enjoy!
