Prepare the Base
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

- While the bars are baking, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
Assemble the Bars
- Once the base is cool, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the toasted sliced almonds and whole dried cranberries on top for garnish.
- Cut into squares and serve.
