Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender.
Make the Glaze
- In a small saucepan, combine the apple cider, butter, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a simmer and thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
Combine and Serve
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle the cider glaze over them.
- Toss to coat evenly and serve warm.
