Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the cooked chicken, mushrooms, chicken broth, heavy cream, peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
- In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs (if using). Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the pasta.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your Chicken Tetrazzini!
