Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust pizza crust store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup pizza sauce store-bought or homemade
For the Topping
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1 cup pesto sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
Add the Toppings
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with pesto sauce.
  2. Spread the pesto chicken evenly over the pizza sauce.
  3. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Evenly distribute halved cherry tomatoes on top.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizza.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Slice into pieces and serve warm.
