Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 8 pieces chicken legs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For Serving
  • 1 cup fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken legs to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the chicken legs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  3. Cook the chicken legs for 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
Serve
  1. Once cooked, remove the chicken legs from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
