  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a roasting pan.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion in olive oil until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and crumbled sausage; cook until browned. Stir in breadcrumbs and herbs, then add chicken broth until the mixture is moist.
  3. Cut a pocket in the turkey breast for stuffing. Generously fill it with the sausage mixture.
