- 1 pound Italian sausage (spicy or mild)
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a roasting pan.
