  • 1 can (5 oz) canned tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped herbs until evenly combined.
  4. Slice croissants in half lengthwise and spoon the tuna mixture generously onto each bottom half.
  5. Place the top halves back on the croissants and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing in half to serve.
