  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (about 90g)
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (about 90g)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (about 90g)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into equal squares.
  3. Melt dark, milk, and white chocolate chips in separate bowls using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  4. Spread melted dark chocolate over half of each pastry square, followed by milk and white chocolate.
  5. Fold over the other half of the pastry, pressing gently. Brush each with an egg wash for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
