Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Place cut-side down on the baking sheet.
