  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (oregano and basil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off each bell pepper and remove seeds. Place upright in a baking dish.
