Keywords: For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with turkey or lentils. Add frozen peas or corn during the last few minutes of cooking for extra sweetness and color. To store leftovers, cool completely and transfer to an airtight container for up to three days in the fridge or three months in the freezer.
