  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup scallops (dry-packed preferred)
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, scallops, and crab meat; cook for about 5 minutes until just cooked through.
  3. 3. Pour in heavy cream to the same skillet and simmer gently. Stir in salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. 4. In a baking dish, layer no-boil noodles, dollops of ricotta cheese, seafood filling, creamy sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
