  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into thick rounds

Instructions

  3. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers alternately with bell pepper chunks and zucchini slices.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F). Lightly oil the grill grates. Cook skewers for 10-15 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, turning occasionally.
