  • 1 tbsp ginger (peeled and grated)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 package (12 oz) round dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, chopped chives, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  2. Lay out the dumpling wrappers on a clean surface and keep covered with a damp cloth.
  3. Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each wrapper. Dampen the edges with water and fold in half, sealing them tightly.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Arrange pot stickers in the skillet without overcrowding.
  5. Cook until golden brown on one side, then pour in half a cup of water and cover immediately. Steam for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Mix soy sauce with rice vinegar for dipping and serve hot.
