Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into equal pieces large enough to encase the filling.
  3. Place several pepperoni slices and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each piece of dough. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Fold the edges over the filling, pinching tightly to seal each bomb and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush each bomb with olive oil for a crispy finish, then bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
