Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken breasts for about 7-8 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest before shredding.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir until heated through (about 5 minutes).
  4. Lay tortillas flat; place shredded chicken down the center of each tortilla, sprinkle with Parmesan, and drizzle with garlic cream sauce.
  5. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over burritos and sprinkle with additional Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
