  • 2 tbsp pure honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the duck breasts dry and score the skin in a crisscross pattern.
  3. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Sear duck breasts skin-side down in a cold skillet over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes until crispy; drain excess fat.
  5. Flip duck breasts and pour glaze over them along with cranberries; sauté until cranberries pop.
  6. Transfer skillet to oven; bake for 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
