- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- Juice of 1 lemon
