  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

  • 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese

  • 8 oz (225g) cooked chicken or shrimp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot with salt; cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté chopped vegetables and minced garlic for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
