  • 4 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and black beans; cook for an additional 3–5 minutes.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer half the tater tots, then the beef mixture and half the cheese.
  5. Add another layer of tater tots and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with sour cream and chopped green onions.
