- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp culinary grade matcha powder
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and sift in matcha powder and add softened butter; stir until fully combined.
- Mix in vanilla extract thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly and tapping to remove air bubbles.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set before cutting into squares.
