Matcha Fudge

Matcha fudge combines creamy sweetness with earthy matcha flavor, creating a delightful dessert that’s both indulgent and visually stunning.

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp culinary grade matcha powder
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and sift in matcha powder and add softened butter; stir until fully combined.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly and tapping to remove air bubbles.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set before cutting into squares.
