Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by mixing warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl; let it sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, chai spice blend, and melted butter. Gradually add the yeast mixture until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place it in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for about an hour or until doubled.
