- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley), finely chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into small balls. Coat each ball in the herb-Parmesan mixture and arrange in a circular baking pan.
- Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow cooling for about 10 minutes before serving.
