  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the graham cracker crust in a pie dish.
  2. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold half into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
  5. Pour mousse into cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
