- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- In a medium saucepan, combine Arborio rice and vegetable broth over medium heat. Stir continuously until creamy and al dente, about 18 minutes.
