  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder and half of the Parmesan cheese. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Open the biscuit dough container and separate each biscuit. Flatten each one into a circle about four inches wide.

  5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
  6. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
