  • 1 lb steak tips (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season steak tips with salt and pepper, then sear them for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Lower heat, add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring until fragrant for about 1 minute.
  4. Return steak tips to the skillet and simmer in the garlic butter for a couple of minutes.
  5. In another saucepan, combine heavy cream and half of the Parmesan cheese over medium heat until melted and smooth. Stir in cooked rigatoni until well-coated.
  6. Serve cheesy rigatoni topped with steak tips, garnished with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley.
