  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust; drizzle half of the dulce de leche on top and swirl together. Repeat with remaining mixture and dulce de leche.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  6. Cut into bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.
