  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing, peeling, and thinly slicing the potatoes.
  2. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the Crock-Pot. Sprinkle with half of the cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the remaining potato slices on top and repeat the seasoning layer.
  4. Pour heavy cream over the layered potatoes until just covered.
  5. Dot with butter pieces on top.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until potatoes are fork-tender and creamy.
