  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Butterfly each chicken breast to create pockets.
  4. Stuff each pocket with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear each stuffed chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
