  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Boil salted water in a large pot; cook linguine until al dente, drain, and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper; sear until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side). Remove chicken from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic; cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice.
  5. Return chicken to skillet; add cooked linguine and herbs. Toss well, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
