Instructions

  5. Deflate the dough gently on a floured surface, shape it into a rectangle, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture, and roll tightly.
  6. Place the shaped loaf in a greased pan, cover it again, and let rise until puffy (about 1 hour).
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
