  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Brown the chicken in the skillet for about 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the chicken and add rice to the skillet; toast for about 2 minutes.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, add chicken broth to cover, and scrape any bits from the bottom.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes until rice is tender.
  6. Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
