  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in oats.
  3. Press half of the mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking dish. Spread mixed berries evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top of the berries.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
