Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Pour melted chocolate into egg-shaped molds, coating the insides evenly. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes until hardened.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and cooled espresso until smooth. Fold in crushed ladyfingers gently.
  4. Carefully remove chocolate shells from molds and fill each with the tiramisu mixture.
  5. Melt additional chocolate to cover the tops of the eggs and return to the fridge for another 10-15 minutes until set.
