Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two round cake pans and line them with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Slowly combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just mixed; fold in crushed Oreos.
  5. Divide the batter between prepared pans and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cakes to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks. Once cooled, frost between layers and on top of the cake; garnish with additional crushed Oreos.
