Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar; mix until creamy.
  4. Fold in sour cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in fresh berries, maintaining their shape.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Allow to cool on a wire rack before chilling in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
  8. Serve with extra berries and dust with powdered sugar before slicing.
