Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes; drain excess fat and transfer to the crockpot.
  2. Add chopped onions, bell peppers, garlic, diced tomatoes, corn, kidney beans, vegetable broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
  3. Stir until well combined and cover with the lid.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
